DAY 1

I went to the gym for the first time today and did some workouts i worked on my leg ab and back  and did some running as well. it felt so free to be there it felt great i love what i do even thoe it killed me trying. i am going to go back tomorrow and document everything again as well. i am going to work on me and get who i want to be back on track. its 254 now i am going to snack on some tuna and for dinner i will have a salad on the side
